	As a charity, one of Avalon’s aims is to support vulnerable people into gaining meaningful employment. Wagalon is a unique social enterprise, providing an indispensable service for dog-owners, as well as supporting people with a learning disability in a job. Initially in the Skipton area (North Yorkshire), this fully-equipped mobile dog walking and day-care service is for those who: lead hectic lives, work too many hours a day, are away on a days break, or have an extended appointment, are unable to exercise their four-legged companions due to restricted mobility. You can be assured that your furry companions are in safe and reliable hands; all our pet carers receive full training, up-to-date equipment, and are subject to enhanced Criminal Records Bureau checks and personal references. Our pet carers are always fully supported by a service co-ordinator, and all staff carry ID badges. Wagalon offers you a first class service as well as the opportunity to support people in your local community.
